Level 3, 4 and 5 finishes ready for paint or specialist wallcoverings. Mesh and paper tape, three-coat jointing and full skim coats, sanded and signed off ready for the decorators, with the finish standard agreed in writing before we start.

The finish level set by where the wall sits and how it is lit. Critical glancing-light walls get Level 5 treatment; back-of-house gets what the specification actually asks for.
Bedding, filling and finishing coats applied and dried properly between passes. No shortcuts, because joints that flash through paint come straight back as snags.
Where the specification calls for plaster rather than joint, full skim coats laid flat and polished, ready for mist coat without further filling.
Walls checked under site lighting at the angle they will be seen, not just straight on. We snag our own finish before the clerk of works gets the chance.
Level 4 is the standard three-coat joint treatment and suits most painted walls. Level 5 adds a full skim or surface film over the whole board, and is the right call where glancing light from windows or feature lighting would show every joint shadow. We will tell you honestly which areas justify the extra cost.
Yes. Finished areas are sanded, checked under lighting and left ready for mist coat. If the decorator finds something we missed, we come back and put it right before they work around it.
Yes. We follow other contractors’ boarding as a taping-only package, though we always inspect the boarding first, because no amount of jointing rescues badly fixed boards, and we would rather flag that before pricing.
Tape, Joint & Skim or the full internal package. Drop the drawings in and we'll come back inside five working days with a fixed price and a programme fit.
Drawings welcome. Anything missing, we'll come back with a question, not a guess.
Your enquiry has been sent. We'll come back to you within one working day.
